MONTANA MOUTHFUL

In October of 2020, The Montana Mouthful published my lyrical essay “A Kentucky Writer Quarantined in Peru.” This volume of the independent nonprofit literary magazine, edited by Jasmine Swaney Lamb and Cari Divine, was quarantine themed. In 2022, The Montana Mouthful closed, but I’ve saved the opening letter and my essay below.
